That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a full-time Office Manager to join our Swift Current team.
This role goes beyond traditional administration. You’ll remain involved in hands-on administrative work while serving as a key on-site resource for the office, helping coordinate day-to-day operations, support our team and clients, and make sure issues get to the right people and are followed through.

✅ A role where you can take ownership and make an impact
✅ Variety, problem-solving, and new challenges from day to day
✅ Meaningful client interaction
✅ Opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities
✅ Strong community roots and a commitment to giving back
What You’ll Do

- Taking ownership of office matters and following them through to resolution
- Coordinating supplies, equipment, facilities, technology needs, vendors, and shared spaces
- Providing hands-on administrative support and coverage as needed
- Supporting the team with more complex or non-routine administrative and client service situations
- Using sound judgment to resolve routine issues and recognize when additional support is needed
- Connecting employees with People & Culture, IT, Administration, leadership, and other EBT resources
- Supporting new employee setup, office access, equipment, and local onboarding
- Helping maintain a professional, respectful, organized, and collaborative workplace
What We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you bring:
- 5+ years of progressive administrative or office management experience
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Confidence and professionalism when handling challenging or sensitive situations
- Sound judgment and a willingness to take ownership
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client service skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt as needs change
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and general office technology
- Discretion when working with confidential or sensitive information
- Experience in an Office Manager, Office Coordinator, Senior Administrative, professional services, accounting, or similar role is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is also considered an asset.
Don’t have public accounting experience? That’s okay. We’re looking for an experienced administrative professional who brings good judgment, initiative, confidence, and a genuine desire to support the people and clients around them.
What We Offer
✅ Competitive compensation
✅ Flexible benefits package
✅ Health Spending Account
✅ RRSP matching program
✅ Onsite parking
✅ Professional development opportunities
✅ Additional time off during the Christmas season
✅ Team events and celebrations
✅ Supportive leadership and opportunities for growth
More Than an Administrative Role
You’ll be someone our Swift Current team can count on when a question comes up, something needs attention, or an issue needs to get to the right person.
You don’t need to have all the answers. You do need to be willing to find them.
If you’re an experienced administrative professional who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, and is ready for greater responsibility and ownership, we’d love to hear from you.

We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
