Careers at EBT

Associate

Description

EBT Chartered Professional Accountants is proud to be recognized again as the #1‑ranked Accounting Firm—a reflection of the care, consistency, and community focus we’ve built over the years. We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Associate CPA to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Principals and a great group of professionals on financial reporting, tax preparation, audits, and compliance work.

With offices in Medicine Hat, AB and Swift Current, SK, we’ve been supporting clients for more than 50 years. We’re a full‑service firm with a diverse mix of personal and business clients, and we’ve nearly doubled in size over the past five years. Even with that growth, we’ve stayed true to what matters most to us: exceptional client service, strong community involvement, and a people‑first culture.

At EBT, we want you to feel supported, challenged, and genuinely excited about the work you do. You’ll find a team that collaborates, coaches, and celebrates wins together. We care about doing the right thing, recognizing the impact people make, and always finding ways to get better.
